Certificate in Case Management
The Certificate in Case Management is designed for people who coordinate care, support complex clients, or lead service plans across multiple providers. You’ll learn how to assess needs, design care plans, and manage outcomes while keeping the client’s goals at the centre of everything you do.
This course takes the theory of case management and turns it into practical, hands-on learning. You’ll look at how case managers navigate the NDIS, aged care and health systems, work with families and guardians, and balance care quality with compliance. It’s about improving both your professional confidence and your clients’ experience.
By the end, you’ll know how to bring people and systems together to create better, more coordinated outcomes for those who rely on care, and for the teams that deliver it. This short course certification is relevant to multiple areas of practice, including:
Disability / NDIS
Aged Care
Mental Health
Digital Compliance
Allied Health
Advocacy Practice
Other health and community services organisations.
