Certified Practising Healthcare Manager (CPHM) - Exam Only
The Certified Practising Healthcare Manager (CPHM) credential recognises senior managers who’ve been leading people, services and strategy — but want their experience formally acknowledged. This exam-only certification is for professionals who have built their careers in health, aged care or disability management and are ready to validate their expertise.
The assessment examines how you apply leadership, financial management, workforce strategy and operational planning in real-world contexts. It’s concise, challenging, and focused on recognising seasoned professionals, not teaching entry-level management theory.
Achieving the CPHM certification adds weight to your professional profile. It confirms your capability as a health and care leader, gives your experience formal standing, and strengthens your career trajectory in Australia’s growing care sector. This professional certification is relevant to multiple areas of practice, including:
Disability / NDIS
Aged Care
Mental Health
Allied Health
Other health and community services organisations.
